They say that they don't try to search for a new sound but their goal is to sound as honest and pure as possible. In their performances they're changing moods from slow and easy listening songs to catchy crowd-pleasing danceable compositions. Lunar Rays started as an acoustic trio formed by Joey, Dorien and Mathias but after their drummer Tom Spruyt joined them, the band was completed.
